Anderson Wilde & Harris are pleased to announce the appointment of Clive Greenwood as Head of Property Management.
Clive has in excess of 30 years block management experience having worked for some of the largest and the more boutique Managing Agents in his career. Drawing on this wealth of knowledge and expertise Clive, along with his already strong property management team, intends to grow Anderson Wilde & Harris as a niche brand in the London market . Clive’s ethos is strong communication with excellent customer service, which is already being recognised and appreciated by our clients.
In his career Clive has managed prime and complex London portfolios in a variety of positions, for various companies. Clive rapidly continued to progress in his career through different levels of seniority in property management, business development and acquisitions.
He quickly became an expert at managing teams and working closely with property developers, frequently completing Health & Safety assessments for them and carrying out the final handover of the buildings to the residents.
Expecting the unexpected
So, what is it about property management that excites Clive the most?
I think the most interesting part of the job is every phone call can be different – you don’t know who is on the end of the phone or what is going to happen next!
Over the years, Clive has experienced just about everything. From major issues, such as reports of fires and floods, through to the everyday support of being available to clients and offer reliable advice if they are unsure of what to do in certain situations.
His friendly, outgoing nature and professional attitude make him highly effective at relating to freeholders and residents alike, resolving issues and removing any barriers to communication that may exist.
Many of the relationships Clive has fostered over the years continue to this day, with a number of properties that he has managed choosing to follow him between the property management companies he has worked for.

I’m thoroughly looking forward to growing the AWH portfolio and managing it to meet clients and residents expectations. With my wealth of knowledge of the London residential market I do think the opportunity is right for small firms with significant in-house expertise to have an impact and to provide the service that’s missing and has been missed for a number of years.
