    When we assume the management of a building, our expert property managers carry out a complete audit and review of all your documents. This is done to determine whether you have current and satisfactory compliance audits and reports in place.

    If any are discovered to be out of date or missing, AWH will immediately carry out the necessary investigations, assess their findings and their either action any points required to get the property to a position of compliance or obtain quotes for your approval.

    Subsequently, our automated, diarised system alerts our property management team when these documents are due for renewal so that nothing is forgotten.

    The main compliances our property management service covers are:
