Hanover Gate Mansions is a notable mansion block in Marylebone. While the initial three blocks were built in the early 1900s and the other three blocks were constructed a few years later. A major refurbishment was undertaken in the early 1970s. The mansion block now consists of 132 flats with six separate entrances. Blocks 1-3, which make up the original building, contains 39 flats while blocks 4-6 contain the remaining 93 flats.
Situated with close proximity to Regents Park, Hanover Gate Mansions has direct access to central London through extensive underground and overland transport links, making it an extremely desirable location to live.
The freehold was purchased by the residents in in the mid-2000s. Our Head of Property Management, Clive Greenwood, acted as property manager for Hanover Gate Mansions prior to the acquisition of the freehold. Due to his extensive knowledge of the building and the great working relationship he developed with the Directors he continued to manage the building for over 15 years. As Clive’s career changed the Directors appointed a new Agent but due to works not being progressed as desired, sought Clive’s expertise to ensure the building was reinstated to being the well maintained building it had been in the past under Clive’s stewardship.
Clive is extremely pleased to be able to take on the management of this beautiful property again.
