When choosing a Property Management company, it is important to know what fees you can expect to have to pay, and what you get for your money. Our tenant fees are all inclusive of VAT and are all permitted payments under the ‘Tenant Fees Act 2019’.
The ‘Tenant Fees Act 2019’, which came into force in June 2019, prohibits landlords and management agents from charging any tenant fees other than those permitted by the Act. Below you will find details of our fees to tenants or properties that we manage.
