George is a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer with over 30 years’ experience advising on value, condition and structure to investors, occupiers and developers; in particular assisting in settling disputes as an Expert Witness/Determiner, Arbitrator or Mediator.
He is a director at Anderson, Wilde and Harris Ltd. In 2011 he was appointed to the panel of Arbitrators of the President of the RICS.
During the 30 years of business he has practised as a surveyor advising on all aspects of residential and commercial property, development and management. This includes the repair, development, valuation; sale; letting; purchase; and management of property throughout London and the South East including the preparation of Building and Defect Surveys and maintenance advice and management. He has experience of advising in a wide variety of property-based disputes including professional negligence of Surveyors; Construction Disputes, Dilapidations, Boundaries, Party Walls and Rights to Light.
George is also a member of the Valuation, Building Surveying, Construction and Dispute Resolution Faculties of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is actively involved in the valuation of residential and commercial property advising both Vendors and Purchasers as well as Banks via AWH’s company’s inclusion on commercial and residential bank valuation panels. He has given evidence as an expert witness in arbitration, expert determinations, the LVT, the County Court, the High Court and made expert determinations.

Clive started as a contractor's Quantity Surveyor in 1972 and moved onto Contracts Management. He progressed into management in the Design and Build sector before setting up his own private practice.
Clive has extensive experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and advises on all aspects of residential, commercial property and project management, including Valuation; project management; dilapidations matters; and the specification and supervision of works of repair.
He has also given evidence as an Expert Witness in Arbitrations, Expert Determinations, the LVT, the County Court and Mediation.
Clive is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Member of the Academy of Experts as well as the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. He is also a registered and accredited expert with Sweet and Maxwell.
Kevin joined Anderson Wilde and Harris as Director of Building Surveying Services in July 2021. In November 2021 his role was extended to also include responsibility for our property management division in the capacity of Director of Property Management Services. In September 2022 he was further promoted to assume the role of Managing Director for the company.
In these positions he continues to work directly on a day-to-day basis dealing with a wide range of instructions relating to normal, non-contentious project work as a Chartered Building Surveyor with particular focus on work within the residential leasehold sector. Kevin also attends to numerous instructions relating to the provision of Technical Due Diligence work relating to high value and complex property portfolio acquisition and development propositions involving a detailed knowledge of extensive regulatory, statutory and civil infrastructure aspects.
He also acts as an Expert Witness for Defective Building Works, Housing Disrepair, Construction Contract Disputes, Service Charge Dispute Resolution and Disrepair, Statutory Compliance as well as giving Single Joint Expert evidence to Courts and the First Tier Tribunal. He has acted as expert on behalf of both Defendants and Claimants in both civil litigation and criminal proceedings. In this context, he also has knowledge and experience of the CPR and the requirements for giving Expert Evidence.
On average Kevin sits 4 days per year as an examiner for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors assessing candidates for professional election and is qualified in matters of Health & Safety, having attained the NEBOSH General Certificate qualification.
Chris graduated from Durham University in 1979 and originally entered the property profession as a trainee auctioneer’s clerk, specialising in equestrian and agricultural sales in Reading, Berkshire.
He moved to London as an Estate Manager and Valuer, working for diverse companies as The Grosvenor Estate, Conrad Ritblat and Neale House.
Properties managed encompassed a number of significant shopping centres in Scotland as well as secondary mixed investments.
He is married with four adult children and four grandchildren.
Elizabeth is a seasoned Operations Director with over 13 years industry experience in streamlining processes, managing teams and driving growth for AWH. She has a proven track record of delivering results through strategic planning, data-driven decision making and effective communication. She’s committed to providing exceptional leadership and driving success for the company through her hands-on approach.
Hari has been a practicing surveyor since 1976 [over 42 years] having a wide range of experience in Capital & Rental Valuations (including operating/going concern Business Goodwill Assessment) of residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, nursing & care homes, public houses, leisure properties, development projects, home buyer & building surveys, rent reviews, lease renewals, landlord & tenant litigation and most other disciplines of professional work.
He is a Receiver (appointed in 2001 by the High Court, London) Chancery Division under the Law of Property Act 1925.
His Expert advice has related to Commercial & Residential Valuations spanning – Surveyors, Solicitors & Accountants negligence, matrimonial disputes, retrospective values [ from 1982 ], probate, loss due to encroachment, compensation for breaches of and release from restrictive/binding land covenants, failure to comply with planning permission/conditions, noise compensation, ransom strip values, leasehold enfranchisement, capital gains tax, partnership disputes and assessing operating portfolio assets and division of business & loss of goodwill.
Jamie joined AWH in December 2016 and is very proud to have worked his way up to Business Development Director and a member of the Board. His key responsibilities are creating and implementing the company’s sales strategy, helping the company to grow by bringing in high quality work and clients, and ensuring existing AWH clients receive the best service possible.
He's been very lucky to meet some amazing people through work, and a particular highlight was cycling the length of Portugal for “ChildAid in Eastern Europe” last summer, with a number of clients and contacts. They raised nearly £30,000 and it’s an experience he won’t forget in a hurry.
He says he’s also probably one of the few people who support both West Bromwich Albion and AFC Wimbledon.
Jason is a Chartered Surveyor and Director at Anderson, Wilde & Harris at the Bristol & London Office. He has in-depth experience in advising on all aspects of residential and commercial property investment, development and management.
Additionally he has contributed significantly to expanding the firm's practice and building its reputation amongst high profile clients like Barclays Wealth, UBS, Handelsbanken & many more private banks and high net-worth lending institutions.
He loves the outdoors and is interested in breeding rare breeds and driving his Massey Ferguson.
Mandeep joined AWH in 2011 as an intern and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer in May 2014. Paul Tebbutt is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years’ post qualification experience and RICS Registered Valuer who serves as a panel valuer to numerous banks and other lending institutions. He has a strong record of residential and mixed-use development appraisal advice in and around London.
Paul is regularly appointed by leading firms of solicitors including Farrer & Co and Charles Russell Speechlys.
He serves on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators to determine rent review disputes and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Additionally, he has lengthy experience providing rent review, lease renewal and lease regear advice to asset managers including Stenham, M&G Real Estate and BMO Global Asset Management and corporate occupiers including Michael Page, Bet Fred and Flextech (now Virgin Media Television).
Robert is a Director in the Valuation team and is responsible for valuing a mix of sub-sector types in the core sectors of both residential and commercial, as well as responsibilities to win new business, grow the valuation client base and undertake wider duties expected of a Director. He regularly attends client functions, networking events and regulatory events.
He joined AWH in 2019 and qualified as a member of the RICS in 2008, whilst working for DTZ where he gained experience in commercial valuation for regulated purposes. Since 2013 he has been working for private property consultancies with a focus on secured lending work in the residential and commercial sectors.
Rob has worked in both Commercial and Residential Valuation sectors, including undertaking International Valuations, at firms such as the Prudential, GVA Grimsby and Edward Symmons, which was acquired by LSH in 2015. Over the last 10-15 years, Rob has focused on Residential Development and investment Valuations, and has built up a string client base in the banking sector and with developers and investors.

Neil has been a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (“RICS”) since its amalgamation with the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (“ISVA”) on 1st January 2000, having been a Fellow of that Society previously. Having started his career in property management, Neil has also worked as a building surveyor across the South-East.
Clive is Head of Property Management overseeing and managing the portfolio of residential and commercial properties at AWH. He has 30 years of operational experience both in London and across England & Wales. This includes Mansion Block Management to complex new build developments in excess of 1800 units, where he worked closely with the main developers from business development through to the handovers of the management to the residents.
With over 11 years of experience in mastering the intricate structure of Property Management, Disha is a seasoned professional. With the constant change in legislation revolving around the industry, she realises the importance of not becoming complacent, but to instead keep working on improving herself everyday. She is a natural people person, a trait that helps her engage with residents effortlessly and build a strong working relationship.
Ramila has been with AWH for over 18 years, and plays a key part within the property management team. She is the first point of contact for most of our customers and she has in-depth knowledge of arising issues and deals with them in a productive manner.
She is friendly, of a kind nature and can provide the best possible assistance to both residents and landlords.
New to the team, working in property management and surveying Alfie will be actively involved in on-site inspections of buildings and flat lettings.
He is keen to gain more knowledge through experience by working with the teams.
Peter is a specialist in both rights of light and daylight/sunlight advice. He has a wealth of experience acting for developers and adjoining owners with duties including client facing, 3D modelling and analysis and providing written advice. He has also been involved in negotiating rights of light compensation acting both for developers and adjoining owners. Peter has been working in the rights of light field since 2004.
James is a specialist in the area of practice known as Neighbourly Matters. This includes Rights of Light & Daylight-Sunlight consultancy, appointments under the Party Wall etc. Act, access licenses, advice pertaining to the Access to Neighbouring Land Act, and boundary disputes.
He has managed a broad range of rights to light issues on behalf of clients up and down the country.
James has given numerous seminars on Rights of Light and Party Walls to professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including solicitors, architects, surveyors and planning consultants, amongst others.
Daniel has been in the RoL Industry since 2004 when he started on this niche career path with Drivers Jonas Deloitte. Previous occupations include Architect, Surveyor Assistant/Farrier Assistant/Fruit Machine/Juke Box/Fire Alarms/CCTV/Satellite TV Installations/Service Technician/Electronic Service Engineer, and Topless waiter!
With the same modelling techniques his main duties are to analyse the Rights to Light impact that the proposed developments cause to the neighbouring properties.
Other than some awards in martial arts and scout badges he is a keen footballer, tennis player, snowboarder, mountain biker, motorbike trackday’r, food tester and all manner of outdoor pursuits.
Not many people know this but he was once on Take me out, Saturday Takeaway and the film Fi·anna Fáil.
He has survived diving with Bull sharks in Fiji (no cage), falling out of a functioning plane in Australia, trapped under a raft white water rafting the Zambezi River for 1min and trapped on top of a 50ft iced water fall in Lake Tahoe. Using a few of his nine lives!
Gary is a Rights of Light Surveyor, whose role includes conducting surveys with 3D Matterport Camera & Disto; communicating with solicitors; and negotiating with clients and developers’ surveyors.
He also carries out qualitative assessments and complete calculations of damages and compensation.
In his spare time, he enjoys music, plays drums and the piano and is also a filmmaker.

As an Associate Director at Anderson Wilde & Harris, Mario brings over five years of experience in the property consultancy industry. He started as a graduate in February 2018 where he became a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2019, recently promoted to Associate Director in September 2022. He obtained a Real Estate BSc with Honours from Nottingham Trent University in 2015.

Aashni is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. Her areas of expertise include Residential Valuations including Houses, Flats, Multi-Unit Buildings and HMOs; Commercial Valuations including Retail and Offices; Development Valuations; and Lease Extensions.
She uses her experience in various markets, primarily in London, to provide a highly professional and unrivalled surveying service for secured lending and private purposes.
David has worked at Anderson Wilde & Harris since 2014 and started as a Graduate in the Valuation Team. He became Chartered in 2016 and has continued to expand his knowledge and experience at the company.
He now covers the area of East Anglia and provides valuations over a range of different property types and for many different clients and purposes.
Dominic is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 5 years' experience within the Real Estate sector. He values a variety of commercial assets whilst specialising in south-east Industrial assets. He also has experience in residential development and residential portfolios.
Dominic has advised with many of the largest lenders in the UK including, Coutts, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds and Santander.
Helena is an experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who works on valuations across a wide range of asset classes throughout the UK.
Helena has a particular interest in the specialist trade related sectors with considerable experience in the pub, restaurant and hotel sector. She also undertakes valuations of medical and healthcare assets.
Helena is a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society. She received her Masters in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University in 2012 prior to which she graduated from Loughborough University in 2011. She became a Chartered Surveyor in May 2015.
Jeremy is a Graduate Surveyor who joined the Valuations team as a Graduate and will be working towards becoming Chartered in 2024. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University in 2022 and is currently gaining experience in commercial/residential secured lending, lease extension and development valuations.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys travelling and is into competing in multiple sports including football, tennis, and squash.
Jeremy is fortunate enough to have spent his career valuing some amazing residential property, not just in terms of value but historical interest and style.
For much of that time he was an officer in the Army Reserve for over 20 years reaching the rank of Major, commanding the Westminster Dragoons (RY).
Jonathan began his career in the town of Diss on the Norfolk/Suffolk border working for a General Practice firm, dealing with estate agency, mortgage valuations, and homebuyer/building surveys. Here he gained a sound knowledge on a variety of historic building types, including traditional period timber frame, wattle and daub, flint, clay lump and thatch etc.
In the mid 1990’s, he began working for Legal and General Surveying Services, out of Winchmore Hill North London. This started his association with London and the southeast and via several positions (including Managing Surveyor for Herts/Cambs/Beds for a national company, running his own Practice and Associate Director for another London Firm) becoming an Associate Director with AWH in 2022.
He has seen many highs and lows of the property market over the last four decades and has come a long way from valuing £7,000 flats in Norfolk to now valuing £25 million flats in One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge.
You may not know this, but being a keen rugby player, at the time and now just a fan, he chaired the England Rugby Captain Will Carling off the pitch at Twickenham, after England beat the All Blacks in 1993 and had his face plastered all over the back pages of the national newspapers for a few days.
Louise loves valuing residential and ‘standard’ commercial valuations within the Greater London and East of England areas, but also has an affinity for carrying out trading valuations, particularly within the hotel sector and public houses.
She has had the opportunity to frequent luxury penthouses within central London, country estates around the Home Counties, hotels with spas and leisure centres (although she doesn’t get to use the facilities).
She is happy to chat to anyone interested in joining the profession and can offer mentoring sessions having completed training in professional mentoring.
Max is a Chartered Surveyor with over 7 years of industry experience in various roles including valuation of both commercial and residential properties, asset management, fundraising, pubs & leisure brokerage and build to rent consultancy.
He started his career at the age of 18 when he joined CBRE as one of the first cohort of apprentices, where he qualified after completing the 5-year apprenticeship programme.
He takes a keen interest in the built environment and how the development of property and place making can improve communities and make for a better place to live.
Natalie has over thirteen years of experience in the property industry in London and nine years post-qualification as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
In her current role she undertakes various types of Valuations, within both residential and commercial (including industrial) sectors, throughout London (Central and Greater London) and beyond, for a number of purposes.
She also has experience in acting as Expert Witness. She also carries out portfolio valuations, development valuations, valuations of HMO’s, nurseries, surgeries, churches as well as specialist valuations like petrol stations and hotels. She has experience in lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement.
Operations
Joe comes from a varied background, originally starting out in the Music Industry. He decided he wanted a more glamorous job so chose to start working with people who look at bricks for a living.
A strong Admin / management background with experience studying Organisational Theory led him to AWH. And he has been happy there ever since...
Lucy has over 20 years’ experience in different roles and across many sectors within the recruitment industry - contingent, search and selection and she has worked as an in-house recruiter for over five years - she loves what she does.
She thrives on sourcing the best talent possible, pipelining and listening to candidates, being compassionate and supportive of their needs and aspirations.

Karen is our accounts manager/associate director overseeing and managing the implementation and running of our internal accounts processes. She has 20 Years experience within the property industry starting as a lettings property inspector and developed her accounts knowledge within Lettings, sales, Auctions and Block management.
Business Development

Frankie has always been passionate about property, influenced by her early exposure to her family's real estate business. Frankie recently graduated from the University of Nottingham with an upper-second-class degree in English; however, she has always been determined to pursue a career in property. Since graduating, Frankie has gained work experience across various property sectors, including commercial, residential, and construction.
Personal and Executive Assistants
Rebecca has worked at AWH for 12 years during which time she has gained a wealth of knowledge across the various services provided by AWH. She is the Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Kevin Marshall; and in addition manages the Administration Team, whose responsibilities include: liaising with clients and panels; quoting and allocating work to surveyors; researching and issuing reports; and arranging access and processing payments.
Tiki joined AWH in 2021 initially as an Administration Assistant and is now an Executive Assistant to the Head of Operations at AWH, Joe Brown. She also works closely with and provides support to Director, Elizabeth Walsh.
With her demonstrated history of customer service, organisation and administration skills obtained through various support roles in the corporate sector, she enjoys working behind the scenes in Operations, helping the business to run smoothly and effectively.
Administration
The administration team at AWH consists of a dedicated pool of Executive Business Support staff that perform background duties which enable the smooth running of the various departments within the organisation – Valuations, Building Surveying, Property Management and Rights of Light.
Their day-to-day responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Thank you for doing such a great job of managing the properties. Before you took over we always noticed that there seemed to be an unnecessary amount of gardening being done - at an excessive cost per year. We're pleased to see that the front garden looks just as nice but you've significantly cut the costs.
Removing the fire escapes, as well as improving safety will be a significant improvement to the light quality in the flats below, and will reduce the damage to the windows below.
