The pandemic has impacted the economy in a way that no one could have foreseen. Our own working practices have changed and like many businesses we are still establishing ‘the new normal’. However, due to economic upturn and the significant growth in the property market, which we covered in our blog about the latest RICS Chartbook, we are delighted to have experienced growth ourselves. This has led us to expand our Building Surveying department and welcome Kevin Marshall to lead the team and as Director of Building Surveying and Property Management Services.
Kevin brings with him extensive experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Residential Property Manager within the London property market. He was elected as a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1999 and volunteers throughout the year to act as a final examination assessor for candidates’ suitability for election to professional member status (MRICS). He has held several senior positions within building surveying and property consultancy firms. This together with his passion for providing outstanding expertise, service and support make him an excellent addition to the team.
Our Building Surveying department enjoy taking on a wide variety of projects, including:

- Schedules of Condition
- Dilapidation Reports
- Handling party walls
