We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Tebbutt, MRICS MCIArb, as a Director within our valuation team.
Paul is a highly respected member of the property industry, with over 25 years of post-qualified experience as a Chartered Surveyor and is a RICS Registered Valuer. With a strong background in valuation, particularly focused on development land and buildings across London and the Home Counties, Paul acts as a panel valuer to numerous lending institutions.
Additionally, Paul serves on the RICS Panel of Arbitrators to determine rent review disputes and has been a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2010.
He also has experience of acting as an Expert to the Court in respect of matrimonial valuations.
Regarding the appointment, Paul commented:
“I am thrilled to be joining AWH and look forward to building on their continuing success as part of the valuation team, further strengthening it through my experience of residential and mixed-use development appraisal.
I am excited that I will be able to connect with both new and existing lender clients and offer them an enhanced valuation platform.”

Our valuation team already consists of 14 RICS Registered Valuers who have a combined experience of over 200 years. Paul’s experience and specialisation in development valuations in London will further cement our position as one of the leading property experts within the capital and surrounding counties.
