We offer home-owner & Landlord gas checks with Gas Safe engineers.
As a home owner/landlord you have a responsibility for the safety for your family/tenants and therefore you should ensure that the gas appliances in the property are safe to use, work correctly and are safe guarded against the dangers of Carbon Monoxide.
A report will be provided and will list any immediate danger, at risk or not to current standard faults. If any faults are found rectification advice or works can be provided and thus ensuring your family/tenant’s safety.
Plumbing and Heating Survey
We provide a plumbing survey service; this will list the requirements of the Water Regulations. We also carry out heating surveys that list all that’s required in the Building Regulations Part L1.
Additional services we provide include: Annual Boiler Check; Leak Repair and Gas Appliance Installation (Gas Mains, Cooker, and Hob).
