The CPD training sessions are run by our Directors who focus the session on a particular aspect of property, sharing insights and tips to ensure our team continues to be among the very best in the property market.
Training run by experts for experts
Headed up by Christopher Shawcross FRICS FCIArb, our CPD training sessions are designed to provide our team of chartered surveyors and valuers both with details of the latest changes within the field, as well as provide an opportunity to ask questions of more experienced members of the team. This collaborative environment ensures that everyone’s skills are honed to perfection, with acquired knowledge made available across the company.
The topics our training sessions cover are varied and include all aspects of property surveying and valuation, as well as regular courses on any updates to foundational guidance and regulations.
Among other topics, our Directors have recently held training sessions on the structure and challenges presented by the different kinds of roof and what to look for when carrying out an inspection of an internal roof space.
What causes movement in walls and what cracks in a building structure can signify is a topic that is often under discussion, as there are so many different factors to consider. Our experienced Directors have encountered many and varied properties issues over the years and therefore have an expert understanding of these causes, making them an incredible fountain of knowledge for the team to draw from.
